Once we receive your pictures and verify the damage, we will initiate the return process.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Refunds:
We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned product(s) and verifying the damage.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Non-Returnable Products:
We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
We do not accept returns for products you simply no longer want.
6. Order Cancellations:
You have a 12-hour window after placing an order to cancel it for a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after this timeframe.
