3. Orders:

• Orders placed on our website are considered binding contracts.

• You have a 12-hour window after placing an order to cancel it for a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after this timeframe.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping and Payment:

• We offer various shipping options with associated costs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.

• We accept several payment methods, which will be displayed at checkout.

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping and billing information.

• We only accept returns for products that are physically damaged during shipping.

• To claim a refund for damaged products, you must provide clear pictures of the damage sent through any of our contact us channels (email, phone, etc.) within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Once we receive your pictures and verify the damage, we will process a full refund for the damaged product(s).

• We do not accept returns for opened or used products, or for products you simply no longer want.
